About Erin Clair, Ph.D.

I am a yoga teacher (E-RYT 200 YACEP), certified Gold Instructor in Inside Flow, certified Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach, and a certified meditation teacher who splits her time between Massachusetts and Arkansas. I am also an academic who specializes in pedagogy and happiness studies. I’ve benefited from years of study from wise teachers, and it brings me joy to pass that knowledge onto you.

Individual Sound Healing

Ayurveda Consultation

In this appointment, we will talk about the daily practices of your life, and what things have looked like consistently from when you were little until today. From there, we will begin to understand your constitution, or dosha, and what balance might look like for you.


Online Group Classes

Come join a group of worldwide yoga students and teachers as we flow together on Zoom. Plus, all online group bookings automatically come with 24-hr access to a recording of the class. Stay tuned for the next class!
