To help us navigate this rapidly changing world, Erin offers different tools each week during her online yoga sessions, with each Tuesday of the month dedicated to a unique practice designed to help us embrace change with grace and resilience. Inside Flow Yoga
Experience this deeply intuitive and powerful practice. Inside Flow Yoga connects breath, movement, and music to achieve a flow state that anchors us to the present moment. During an Inside Flow class, we gradually build a sequence that perfectly matches a chosen song, and then we flow together in unison. It is true community within mindful bliss.
Go with the Flow Yoga
Go with the Flow is a dynamic, music-driven yoga experience where breath becomes your rhythm and movement becomes your expression. Set to curated playlists that guide the pace and energy of each short sequence, this class invites you to sync breath and movement with the beat—building heat, focus, and presence from the inside out. Expect smooth transitions, intentional sequences, and a steady pulse that keeps you grounded in the moment.
Meditation & Sound Bath
This session blends guided meditation with the healing vibrations of sound, using crystal or Tibetan bowls to promote deep relaxation and inner stillness. This class provides a perfect opportunity to tune into our higher selves for guidance through transitions.
Soothing Movement & Yoga Nidra
This session combines gentle, restorative movement with the deeply relaxing practice of Yoga Nidra (guided meditation). This class helps us to find calm amidst the chaos and feel more centered as we move through changes.

Fire Yoga
This session embodies all five elements to help us prove to ourselves that we are capable of experiencing even difficult moments with strength and resilience. This class features dynamic poses that challenge our bodies alongside restorative poses that promote calm and healing. Fire Yoga allows us to tap into our personal power, helping us to face change with courage, confidence, and passion.
